1Acceptance of Terms

By registering, logging in, or using any part of the g66my platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained in this document. This acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement between you as the user and g66my as the platform provider.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the g66my platform. Continued use following any amendments to these terms is considered acceptance of the amended conditions.

2User Eligibility

To be eligible to use g66my services, you must meet the following criteria at all times of use:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into and comply with a legally binding agreement.
• Not be a citizen or resident of a territory where the use of this service is prohibited by local law.
• Not be currently enrolled in a self-exclusion programme or responsible gambling programme that prohibits access to platforms of this nature.
• Register in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.

g66my reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide the requested proof may result in account suspension or closure. All age and identity declarations made during registration must be accurate and truthful.

3Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at g66my. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts along with the forfeiture of balances and bonuses.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name as per your identity card (MyKad), a valid mobile phone number, and an active email address. This information is used for identity verification and processing financial transactions.

• Usernames must not contain offensive words or content that infringes copyright.
• Passwords must be strong and must not be shared with any party.
• Mobile phone number verification is required to complete the registration process.
• g66my reserves the right to verify a user's identity before authorising a withdrawal.

Personal information collected during registration is managed in accordance with the g66my Privacy Policy, which can be read separately.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

g66my supports a range of payment methods to facilitate deposits and withdrawals for users in Malaysia. Available methods are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC, and ETH.

The financial conditions in effect are as follows:

• Minimum deposit amount: RM20 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM100 for all payment methods.
• Withdrawal processing time: within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same account or e-wallet used for the deposit.
• g66my does not charge any internal processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals.

g66my reserves the right to delay or hold withdrawal processing for compliance review and identity verification purposes. Any withdrawal request that is suspected of irregularities will be investigated before being approved.

5Bonuses and Promotions

g66my offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings from those bonuses can be withdrawn.

The current welcome bonus offered to new members is 150% of the first deposit value up to a maximum of RM1,000. The wagering requirement applied is 15 times the bonus amount received. For example:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Account balance RM250 → Required wagering: RM150 × 15 = RM2,250.
• Deposit RM1,400 → Bonus RM1,000 → Account balance RM2,400 → Required wagering: RM1,000 × 15 = RM15,000.

Each bonus can only be claimed once unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms. g66my reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time without prior notice. Users found to be abusing the bonus system may have their bonuses and related winnings cancelled.

6Permitted and Prohibited Use

The g66my platform is designed solely for entertainment and lawful gambling under the international licence held by the company. Users are permitted to use the platform to place bets, play casino games, and use the services provided for personal entertainment purposes.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action and account closure:

• Using any automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, game manipulation, or collusion with other players.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or suspicious financial transactions.
• Sharing an account with another individual or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Uploading or distributing content that is unlawful, offensive, or damaging to g66my's reputation.
• Attempting to access restricted parts of the g66my platform or breaching its security systems.

g66my uses continuous monitoring technology to detect suspicious activity. Any violation will be acted upon immediately without prior notice.

7Responsible Gambling

g66my is committed to responsible and healthy gambling practices. We believe that gambling should remain a form of entertainment and not a source of income or a way to resolve financial problems.

As a responsible platform provider, g66my offers the following tools to help users manage their gambling:

• Deposit limit — users can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit.
• Loss limit — users can set a maximum loss amount within a specified period.

9Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, g66my will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred during gaming sessions.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
• Technical errors affecting game outcomes in situations intended for immediate correction.
• Data loss resulting from unforeseen system failures.

g66my strives to keep the platform running without interruption at all times, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability given the technical factors and maintenance required from time to time.

10Account Termination and Suspension

g66my reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document.
• Indication or confirmation that the user is under 21 years of age.
• Fraudulent activity or attempts to manipulate the system or games.
• Failure to submit requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Instructions from relevant authorities.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team. After account closure, any remaining balance (after deducting any bonus that has not met the wagering requirements) will be returned to the user via the original payment method.

11Amendments to Terms and Conditions

g66my reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendments will take effect immediately upon being published on this website.

It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure they are aware of any changes in effect. Continued use of the platform after amendments are published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
